It's great.
Service is good. Staffs are polite, helpful, easy to communicate. Near the shopping mall. Lounge is good for business. This hotel is improved a lot compare with the 1st visit.

The hotel is impressive with lots of arts in the lobby as well as in the room, with great customer service and location. The beds are clean and comfortable. Love the built in speakers in the bathroom. The only cons is the quality built in the room is not too good. There were some stains on the bathroom countertop. The internet in the room was intermittent which was pretty frustrating. Overall, I enjoyed staying in Pullman for one night

Rooms need renovation !
Cracked walls, moisture, shower head rusty, shower seals falling apart, limited bath supplies, dirty carpet, small TV... Glad I stayed onlh one night. I know much better for this price. Also I noticed the unfinished ceilings, in the corridor alley to the rooms, visible pipes and aircond bushes, it looks like it not complete...

A constant observation, carpet in the room is not clean enough around the edges (still dusty) and no hot water in the shower.
