Fitness center is the best amongst other hotels ive been to. The sauna and steam is biiigg. And bed is very comfortable

As expected of a 5 star hotel
Service, cleanliness, location
Overall I had a pleasant stay at Grand Aston. Staff can speak good English and service was good. Check in was a breeze and the reception tried their best to accommodate my request. Their Chinese restaurant serves decent Chinese food.

dirty stained towels refolded by housekeeping
location. facilities. location.
horrible housekeeping practice. not very hygienic. they refolded my used dirty stained towels back on to the towel rack. lipstick stains on the napkins, indicating they refolded used napkins. cutlery had old foods stains. pillows are hard. rain shower didn't work. had to contact the gm to get decent response. great location and good facilities though.

What a pleasant surprise
value for money, room comfort, breakfast
Perfect value for money. We didn't expect much from a city like Medan, but this was really a luxurious surprise for less then 60 EUR.
