all perfect, above standard, except the consierce
quality and size of room, friendly service, good food
as said, nearly perfect, close to 5star hotel, except the consiece: no english speaking, send me 2 times to travel agent, who are not excisting or doing other things (t.ex. selling hotel vouchers), no knowledge of the town, of good restaurants, so young boy without any training. this person costs me half a day of my staying in medan.

Situated in mid of the city, provides easy access in Medan. The hotel is exclusive and the breakfast are excellent with variable of foods

I requested for airport pickup but no one pick us up during arrival... i requested a smoking room with extra bed but they ciuld not provide it. I requested for airport transfer from hotel to airport but the service was bad
