very surprising for 5 stars hotel, this should be 3 stars hotel, since the bed n pillow quite dirty and there is also some water mark on the wall outside bathroom, luckily the staff can change the other room for me.

On 31st Oct 2015, second night og my stay I couldn't sleep after 3 am in the morning till morning. People staying in the adjacent rooms were making lot of noise.. practically non stop. My room was 1112.

Overrated
Upgraded to Suite, Attached Mall, Breakfast Coffee?
Booked this hotel seeing the review score compared with the others at the same price range. Arrived in late and got upgraded to a junior suite as deluxe was full, but it did not help my poor experience. First, there were 3 elevators that were small and slow, with a horde of guests heading up to the sky lounge for a private function. They should have placed a security personnel for crowd control, for example blocking one elevator exclusively for guests and the other 2 for the horde? Common sense missing, and immediate experience spoiled. Finally got up to the room, pleasantly large of course. But everything went wrong from there onwards : coffeemaking facilities sugar not replenished next morning, Swiss Café dinner buffet was cheap but variety poor, but most of the problems were in the bathroom. First the sink was very large and the faucet was set so low, it was virtually impossible to put your hands under the running water to wash your hands! And the shower could really do with some instructions about temperature and tap controls. For the tap, turn anticlockwise for rain shower & turn clockwise for showerhead? Temperature control was a knob below (which was broken probably by the bewildered guest before me?). All in all, not a very good stay plus at check out... it did not cap the bad experience well as there was only one front desk staff at 6am in the morning attending to a bothersome guest which took me 20mins to do a simple check out! They could have asked for another staff to come and temporarily attend to the guests checking out plus the queue slowly forming up behind me?

strategic, convenience and comfortable
Location is good, it is easy to access to places of eating and shopping. It is also convenience to go anywhere in town as the taxi is easily available right in front of the hotel.
