New Cozy Hotel at Palu”

This my third trip to Palu city and first Time stay at this hotel. I like this hotel, because hotel location, has a good service. For business trip, people who came to palu city it's better to stay at Santika Hotel because the hotel location nearest from any government office and other. Whole service staff handling guest with smile.

Hotel in the city center”

Back again to this hotel. Everything is still same, Cozy, Nice service, close to the city center, easy to find meals around the hotel. Staff is very helpful and friendly especially Ms. Vanny & Ms. Nurul. Will be back to stay at this hotel again for the next visit to Palu.

Good hotel in Palu”

My stay at Hotel Santika Palu was nice. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staffs were friendly and provide a good services.

City hotel with good standards.”

The hotel is suitable for business travellers and families. It has a small pool suitable for a quick dip and kids. Helpful staff, good service. Sets a good standards for hotels in a medium city like Palu.

facility is OK, but not the food”

overall for the facility and staff are OK and standard. the access to the hotel is easy and it is closed to the mall. but the breakfast is dissapointed since Santika is known as very good hotel. I hope the chef is improving the variety and freshness of the breakfast. I recommended for short visit in this hotel.

i stay just overnight in Palu. I do travel to Palu almost twice a year for some office work. Santika is located in the heart of Palu city.

The hotel location is very near to everywhere in the Palu city specially to the city centre and shopping areas also quite clean,the staff are all very nice only not every room have rfrigerator inside specially like my self who have to carry diabetic medicines which required fridge is very difficult need to pay more to upgrade the room and pay extra for this ,other than this evrything else are consider good for me,thankyou

Good choice for business travellers”

My stay in Santika Palu was OK. Although the hotel is not near beach or river, the hotel is centrally located in Palu and just a few blocks away from the business district. The hotel was OK.

Good hotel”

I slept in this hotel from 9-11 October 2014. Unexpectedly, my plane got delayed for hours and landed at the Palu airport around midnight, but thankfully the hotel provided a shuttle car to pick me up. Thank you for Mr. Andri Permadi (Front Office Manager) and Mr. Jamal, who had arranged this for me. Pros: Friendly and helpful staff - but some new staffs still need to improve their service and hospitality, clean room, comfortable bed, strong shower, various breakfast menus, treadmill and pool on the 3rd floor, free wifi connection, efficient check in and check out process. Cons: no stand-by taxi so we must ask hotel staff to call a taxi for us.

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Pros: Friendly and helpfull staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast, free wifi connection, efficient check in and check out. Cons: no standby taxi so we must ask hotel staff to call taxi for us. when it rain, it is difficult to find taxi to take us to the airport and the hotel shuttle car (toyota Rent A Car) is too expensive. in my opinion, if the hotel could not provide standby taxi, as a service for their customers the hotel should not impose expensive tariffs for car rental. But overall this hotel still the best in Palu.

Located in the center of Palu. The hotel is fairly new. The room is clean and all appliances still look new. The staffs are super friendly. The cons: The beers is overcharged. The fitness center only consists of 2 cardio machines (not really a fitness center)

Nice for business trip”

First of all maybe one of the good hotel at Palu with surrounding with complete business and dining area. But for trying a good local food can try at Coffee shop with a very affordable price

Great Location, Great Facility, Excelent Service”

the room is nice,clean and new(open at 2012). i stay for 2 nights, the bed is perfect. the security is excellent, you can only access your floor, ballroom and swimming pool floor. the hotel staf always serving you with smile. and for breakfast menu they are excellent.

Excellent breakfast, good quality, clean”

We did spent only one night in this Hotel. Despite the personal was quite busy because of eclipse Event, personal was very helpful and motivated. Room was very big and clean, breakfast was excellent and big choice of food. One needs only to be aware of the central City Location, but this was known before. Would return for longer stays and clearly recommend to friends.

Strategic location”

Hotel near with transmart and other shops. Good facilities, nice food with a lot of variety (and the reastaurant for breakfast open early, i came at 5.15, and the food already set), excellent staff. The room also good.

The facilities are fair enough with the price. Free wifi in every hotel area, from the room to the cafe. Free breakfast with most local menu are served.
