(-) no carpet in room, under the bed was dirty, slow response staff when i look for xtra towel and porter, car parking slot is little confusing since the hotel shared with the mall, swimming pool was cold all the time (+) direct acces to mall scp, wide variants on breakfast, fast check in/check out, friendly staff

No fuss, reasonably quick service and clean room.
No complaint about the room and services, but the smell of cigarettes inside the lobby was overwhelming.

I stayed one whole week in this hotel and keep arguing with staff everyday due to extremely horrible internet connectivity, staff at lounge is not at all attentive and you can't find any vegetarian snacks even on request the response was clear NO. Moreover non of management member is bothered even if guest make multiple request to meet anyone of them to discuss about discomfort. It was one of the worst hotel stay experience for me.

Clean, good food, good staff
Ok. Agoda prompted me to upgrade to Delux with the description saying that a. bath tub, b. bath robes etc will be available in upgrade. However none of that was there.

Bad atitude of some staffs still I face so many time. This time, main entrance parking is for owner only not for the guest. So if you wanna stay in this hotel dont use your private vehicle then you will not face parking problem.
