Outstanding Service
The staff's service were beyond expectation. They were very polite and helpful. For sure, If I want to stay near Malioboro area, I will stay here again. However, the look of the hotel from outside is a little bit old and not reflecting 5 stars hotel. If the hotel can manage the appearance, it would be much better.

Beautiful 5 star hotel. Staffs friendly n helpful. Room very spacious n clean. All items working fine. Breakfast buffet was great spread. Western, local n Asian. 10 to 15 mins walk to Jalan Maliaboro. Very very satisfied.

Breakfast could be better
Breakfast for a 5 star hotel should be better.The waffle at pastry section is too hard.The chicken dishes are a bit hard and dry.Please improve on the cooking.
