Great location
It's located btw AquaCity and Diversity. So it's good for family with kids to go to toyrus and lego dicovery center, located in DECKS next to Aqua City. Also there are airport limo, so you can reserve ticket at hotel's bell desk and the bus will be in front of the hotel.

I left my documents by accident in their hotel and realized it when I was already back in my country. I took photos of the room before I left, and in one of the photos, I saw my documents in a clear plastic folder on the desk where the mirror is. I called the hotel through long distance call from my country, they answered but kept transferring me to the room attendant who can barely speak English! He doesn't even know what to look for and where! My phone call got cut, so I called again and reintroduced myself. The lady who answered sounded annoyed, saying,"didn't you call already?" Uh, duh! It's a long distance call! It gets cut from time to time!! I decided to get the email, so I can show the photo and explain properly, she hesitated and asked what my concern was, Oh come on!! I'm already saying it! She finally told me how to email my concern and I did send an email, but until now, there is no response. Guys, better not leave anything in this hotel. nobody can help you get it back. I've given up.

I expected more from this hotel, and overall maybe I was just expected too much from Tokyo hotels. I traveled with a teenage child. In Japan that means 3 adults. So we had 3 single beds in a room. I am not sure why they couldn't do a king plus a single folding bed or some type of sofa bed like most other hotels. I found the beds were way too hard, and the pillows were the worst I have had in any hotel. I am guessing my room and the ones around it are for families. I had a family in the room above us that had kids jumping on the floor well past 11pm and up at 6am doing the same. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming either late at night or early morning too. I am all for a family type environment, but for the price of this hotel and the fact it is the nicest in Odiaba, I expected a lot more. I didn't eat at the hotel, but there is awesome food in the area. Location: I give it a 3/5 because the subway to get into the city is a private line and you pay 320 Yen one one, which is crazy expensive considering you are paying another 170-320 once you hit the line you want to transfer to. Our next stay in Tokyo will be in the city center for this reason. Lastly, we found the pool was located in a very inaccessible place in another building. Also the pool hours are like banker's hours. Why isn't it open until 10-11pm? Most people are getting back from the city around 8pm, which is the time the pool closed. Overall, I won't be staying at this hotel again. If you are not leaving the Odaiba area and not traveling with kids, I would suggest it. With kids, the beds are just too small and uncomfortable for adults.
