Amazing Ryokan, onsen, and people! ”

It's my first time to stay in a ryokan/onsen. It's also my first time to experience snow. It's a dream come true. It was really beautiful and fun. It was breath-taking! The Ryokan and the onsen exceed my expectations. All the staff made my stay really special. The staff's hospitality is on point. Love that they have a service (transportation) for the guests, free of charge, from the bus stop to Kaikake Onsen, and going back. They also have extra snow boots for guests (at no cost) just in case you need them. The onsen location is superb. The Ryokan is very neat, clean, and historical. The food is super impressive! Utilities are on point. When the manager learned that I was alone, but booked a room for 2, they gave me complimentary shots of different kinds of Japanese sake at dinner. Super grateful for the management's and the staff's kindness. There are more, but I guess you need to experience it for yourself. Hands down to Rina, for touring me around, and for making me feel at home.

We had a great stay at the Ryokan. The onsen, particularly the outdoor rotenburo are incredible. We bathed outdoors in the hot spring while it snowed and it was truly magical. The ryokan is close to Tokyo and very easy to get to but feels like a different world altogether. I would recommend to anyone!

I booked two rooms for my family. We are traveling with my parents and my son. All of us enjoyed our stay very much. The outdoor onsen is amzing. The staffs are super nice. It is a quite japanese royokan located in the middle of the snow country. Wonderful experience. We will come back again.

This is my second visit in 2 years. Great staff, yummy food, comfortable stay as always. I noticed some improvements in the public onsen, especially in the evening. They added some lights that highlighted the snow at night. Very nice! Thanks to Nanami and Jun for making my stay super comfortable.

This was a wonderful experience for our family. We were very relaxed and pampered by the staff. The facilities were clean and very traditional, the onsen and the surrounding areas were all beautiful. We will definitely visit again one day. ^_^

The Onsen was wonderful, both indoor and outdoor pools. They even have hot and warm pools. A delightful experience. The meals were sumptuous and delicately prepared. Nice property.

My families are very enjoy to stay Kakaike. The Boss and staffs give us a great help. Nice food, beautiful landscapes and modern equipments are good involved in this historic building. Really wanna get back to here in next winter.

ぬるいお湯が特徴の和風宿”

今回は、友人を誘って2人で利用。従業員の方が、皆さん生き生きと仕事に自信をもってお仕事していました。ぬる湯なので、目を閉じて1時間でもゆっくりつかっていると、本当にリラックスできます。 昔からの建物をいかし、雰囲気は昔のままですが、設備は近代的にされています。 エアコンの設備がないので、２方向にある窓と扇風機で過ごしました。真夏の昼間は少し暑いですが、汗をかくとまたゆっくりお風呂に入って、たった１泊でしたが本当にのんびりできました。 お食事は、もうとにかくさすが米どころ、ご飯がおいしいです。地元の名産を使った献立が楽しめます。 小さいお子さんがいなくて、大人のための宿です。

夕食は品数、美味しさ、更にお酒の種類も豊富で良かった。 朝食はおかずの品数が少し足りない（お魚が小さ過ぎる ）。

老闆，員工非常親切友善，服務極好，環境舒適。冬天風景優美，露天風呂一級捧。”

旅馆位置很棒，雪天的景色可以说极美，到公交站一直有车接送也很方便。温泉很干净也很安静，早晚餐丰盛又每天不同菜式，美味得让人无可挑剔，以后还想再来。

積雪的路不好走，連開車都不容易，還好有老闆開車接送到公車站，食物清淡而美味，任何細節都很用心，美中不足是泡完湯發現販賣機裡面牛奶賣完了。
