Good rooms but the construction at the lobby sucks

There was a construction being done in the hotel lobby that causes fumes and dust, and it's not healthy to anyone. The bathtub drain doesn't work, had to call the hotel maintenance to fix it.

Value for Money Hotel in a decent location
Comfortable rooms and modern bathroom
I loved the spacious room with office table, as well as the clean and adequate bathroom. No problems at all with the location as it was walking distance to the Wynn, Grand Lisboa, and MGM Grand. Only concern for me was that there was no business center with internet, which was advertised on Agoda and even on their hotel manual. Also the breakfast food didn't have enough choices.

Nice Hotel - the internet is a mess - not for BIZ!
Nice staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, perfect location
as mentioned above, all is in proper order, they just need to get a new it expert for their network and spend some money on it, for the internet is ridiculous. 20 of 24hours a day the speed is that slow, that u cannot open some websites or services even....i know some other hotels, which got a much better internet line than this hotel...so it`s local issue and problem of their line speed and hardware...a 4 star hotel has to provide a reasonable 24 hours working internet...but the majority of guest are chinese...they even have no clue what speed is and also no culture to complain about...and it seems the hotel management has the same lack of knowledge concerning that issue...the hotels it support is simply too weak.

Good Stay
Considered convenient
Nice hotel overall and value for money. The hotel is conveniently located and its really not difficul to move around in Macua. The weather was also good during my visit. Not so crowded too. Nice place. I will go back again.

good buffet breakfast and rooms have nice designs.
Walking distance to Lisboa and Senado square. Hotel has pretty nice rooms and room service is good.

Great location in Macau City near Lisboa Casino
Convenient Location
Room was ok but bed and pillow were not very comfortable. Check-out took too long as there was no procedure that the staff followed. It was a free for all with people cutting in line and pushing in.

Great location but terrible service
Convenient location and big room size
First impression: It is a really disorganized and messy place. There is only a reception desk on the first floor and luggages were piled up messily behind the hotel receptionists. We waited for 30 minutes just to get to our rooms as we checked in at the same time with a travel group but only two lifts are working.
