nice hotel with big room.
big clean room and see though bathroom
it a nice, clean and big room with good wifi connection. see though window for bathroom. nice location which near to all facilities. will stay there again when i goin macau .

Great location with reasonable price
Location was great but the room especially carpet was not very clean. The lobby and shuttle service can be improved though. Lobby only has two sofas which was always occupied and shuttle service was not efficient like the other hotels.

size of room
The room size was decent;however, it was not as clean as western-style hotels. The carpet was dirty, and the bathroom was not in very clean condition. I compare this hotel to one you would stay at in China. This has great potential, but the management is definitely lacking.

Service is so so
The buffet breakfast did not have enough selections, no luggage services, shower to slow, there were not enough light in the room, did not deliver new paper in the room, the and the lobby is clean, lack of ferry terminal transportation,no bell hop to assist with luggage, the price for this type of hotel is a bit high.

Lovely hotel with helpful receptionist
helpful and english speaking receptionist
Lovely hotel with great locations, it shouldn't be hard to get taxis around the hotel. In a city with not a lot of English speaking citizens, I'm amazed by the receptionist who was able to interact in fluent English. The hotel room itself was not too spacious but clean and well equipped.

was given a smoking room, should have specified in our booking. room is clean and nice, there is free wifi which you can ask from the reception or use at the main lobby. walking distance to starworlds, so a good alternative to take shuttle bus to from the ferry terminal, as it is more frequent. overall value for money.

Peaceful, not swarmed with gamblers
Stayed there for 1 night. Big room and comfortable. Can't complain too much. As there were no casinos in the hotel, wasn't so packed and crowded. Will come back again.
