Hard to find hotel
Reasonable location, price
The Emperor hotel was very hard to find, either by walking or by taxi drivers, who thought we were staying at the Grand Emperor--a better and more expensive hotel. The hotel has no view to speak of, except the gray exterior wall of another building just across the street from it. The staff were rude and unhelpful with the exception of a man who told me where to get WIFI for $120HK per day. Don't stay here if you are looking for a holiday. This should be a one night stay place at most.

Specious hotel and comfortable bed~~
big room and fantastic toilet design
Pros: -Relaxing venue to stay -Big and specious room with comfortable bed -Fast check in Cons: They do provide shutter bus to ferry terminal, the security guard told us tat the bus will come on 11.15am(every 30mins)~~~ However, we have been waiting since 10.50am to 11.30am but no bus arrived~~~ We check again with the security guard and he told us tat "oh, 11.15am tat bus not coming?! oh ok, u wait for 11.45am tat trip." He replied really mess me up and end up i told a taxi to ferry terminal~~~~

Great location
Great location
location is great and one can access anywhere by free shuttle from nearby hotels and public bus. with this price, one shall expect a cleaner room. dust is easily seen on furniture and the room looks a bit old. some receptionists are helpful but some are not and rude. the room comes with free simple breakfast for 2.

Lovely hotel and service with a smile
Staffs are friendly
The best part of this hotel is the strategic location in the city. Major casinos are within walking distance and several great eateries nearby. There is no casino in the hotel resulting in less crowd, more peaceful and better privacy. Rooms are spacious and well kept. Unfortunately, the executive lounge was under renovation during our stay and we had to join the hotel guests for the buffet breakfast provided on level 4. The crowd was unruly and exceptionally loud. Some even use they own chopsticks on the buffet spread! Stay at the executive floors and use only the executive lounge for breakfast.

Good location, quality accommodation
room was good
the hotel's location was not too far from where the action is, but it is conveniently located and is on the quiet side. quality of the room was good, service was ok. check out service wasn't very efficient though, and reception wasn't too friendly either.

Great Location For Those Who Likes Casinos
Surrounded by casinos, Nice breakfast, Friendly staff
the hotel location is good, very near to many casinos in macau island. however, it does not have shuttle bus service to many of the attraction points in macau, such as senado square, fisherman’s wharf and the casinos at taipa. but luckily, from this hotel, you can walk to star world and pharaoh’s palace, and from there you can take free rides to other casinos. just need to take note that this walking distance will not so comfortable for elder peoples. breakfast is nice and can suit most of the tourists from different ranges of age. no free wi-fi service from the room. if you want to have wi-fi, you need to stay in the hotel lobby area. counter staffs are friendly, answered my questions patiently.

Not the bst but not the worst
Bed sheets clean and shower worked well.
this is the type of hotel and hotel room you use for only sleeping in after a long day in the casinos or sightseeing. no frills here - the room carpet only to be walked on in slippers as not very clean but the bed comfy and sheets clean, plenty of hot water and the lighting is good enough to shave by! economic hotel in the center to a lot of casinos and many of the other sights to see.
