old and tired, but efficient
staff is very efficient, economical, close to good food outlets
Price : it's value for money compared to the big casinos in macau like wynn, venetian, etc. Location : macau is split into old town and new town. the airport is at the new town, where venetian is, and Emperor hotel is located at the old town. hence, it takes slightly longer as you need to cross the bridge to get to it from the airport. the hotel does not have shuttle services. however, the old part of town is where all the good food outlets are if you know where to find them. so it saves you money shuttling back and forth for meals if you're fussy about food. anyway, there are also some big casinos in the old part of town like wynn, mgm, lisboa, etc Service wise, it's ok. the staff are efficient and cordial. the housekeeping was good. our towels were changed daily, and the bed linen every 2 days. however, fittings wise, the hotel is really really worn. it must have been nice when it was new, but now, it needs some injection of life. the carpets look really really grimey. so bad that we didn't dare to walk barefoot around the room and wore the slippers provided. the toilet was tiny. it was impossible to have 2 persons inside moving around. also, it could be inconvenient to stay with anyone else than your partner as the wall between the toilet and room is made of glass, with only a roller blind for privacy, which shadows of you bathing can be seen even if you draw it down. Other than that, i would say if you're not a fussy travellor, it is value for money.

Very good location hotel
close to city center
This is a very good hotel with reasonable price and facility. Very close to city with walking distance and plenty of restaurant close to the hotel. The only thing need to improved is there is no free WIFI service but only with cable connection for internet. Good for business traveler or single who would like to stay in short period of time in Macau

Great location and convenience
Great location and easy to go to most of the attractions
I brought my family for a 2 days holidays. It is very convenient to walk to most of the attractions. Many restaurants nearby. We stayed at Executive Floors that come with breakfast. Breakfast is simple but is good enough. Like the freshly brewed coffee. The hotel is clean and staff are friendly.

Small rooms but big bed
Free Wifi at lounge
Comfortable bed provided and value for stay. However, the 'free' breakfast available for Executive level doesn't seem tempting. Overall still enjoying and comfortable.

21-storey hotel with free Wifi
Easy accessible for breakfast for Executive level at 20th storey
Comfortable bed provided and value for stay. However, the 'free' breakfast available for Executive level doesn't seem tempting. Overall still enjoying and comfortable with nice atmosphere. Room service personnel also very polite and honest. However, if stay at Executive level will need to check in at level 20 instead at hotel lobby. This is something not common. Hotel help to book for ferry ticket at additional charge HKD$20 normally per pax. But we were only additional charge for HKD$10 per pax for 6tickets.

Convenient Location
Convenient Location
This hotel is situated in a convenient location, only around 5 to 9 minutes from the ferry pier to the hotel by the hotel shuttle bus. It is in the city near famous casinos like Wynnes and MGM. It is alos near the many restuarants and shops. The room is quite clean.
