Great location but undergoing renovation
Central location, most staff speak English
Good location near Wynn and Lisboa. Breakfast buffet better on 4th floor than 20th floor so ask politely for voucher at the 20th floor desk and you should get it.

Lovely hotel with big room
The room is big and clean
The room is big and clean and the location is nice. I will strongly recommend to book this hotel if you have 4ppl to stay in one room. The room equipped with 2 queen size bed. It is near to casino,Wynn, Grand Lisboa. You can have free shuttle bus from Wynn to Macau ferry and grab another free shuttle bus from ferry to Venatian. It is very convenience and you can save the taxi fare to go to Venation in Taipa. It is a walking distance to ruin of St. Paul (about 10minutes).

Good hotel in the center
Very calm
Hotel may look old from this out side, but it is well kept with all the basic amenities in need. It is located in Macau city itself with a near by bus stop & also constant taxi stops in front of the hotel. Free Shuttle buses to the infamous Venetian Resort is just a block away. Front desk was also helpful, when we ask for directions. Macau is a great place to visit and wander around besides gambling.

Good Service
Located in the heart of the city
This is my third stay at the Emperor and each has basically been an overnight on the way through to Shenzhen, but each time it serves its purpose well. The check-in is quick friendly and efficient, the rooms are well appointed and the location is perfect for heading in any and all directions in Macau.

Moderate hotel among the many grand hotels
Spacious room with bath tub and king size bed.
We had a hard time finding the free shuttle bus going to this hotel, however after some time we managed to think of a way to solve thing matter; taking the free shuttle buses provided by other nearby hotels, e.g Wymn, Landmark, Star World hotels. After that, any trips going to Venetian, Old village of Taipa, back to Emperor hotel and etc becomes much easier. The hotel entrance is currently(as of 16th Mar 2011) under heavy renovation, thus the place is quite shabby.

Great location, decent rooms, limited food options
Great location and value for money rooms
Comfortable stay with good bed and washroom. Breakfast needs to be better. Hotel has no view and reception and galleries are very stuffy. Location and good price are the key selling points.
