Lovely hotel with nice staff
Rooms are nice, doesn't look old
stay at grand waldo was a pleasure. however, they have limited shuttle service that doesn't bring you to any area of interest. breakfast was accetable even though the varieties are limited. this hotel would be great for travellers who prefer a quiet area.

Nice hotel for the price
Across from Galaxy
Stay was decent and mostly pleasant. However, if you only speak english, ordering room service can be quite the challenge. I'd suggest contacting the front desk first and having them order for you, or having them bring you the menu so you can choose the item number(s).

A lovely hotel with good service
The service provided to clients
Grand Waldo Hotel has many facilities provided to clients, namely airport transfer as well as Hong Kong ferry transfer, casino, buffet restaurant, shopping mall inside hotel and tour desk to suit customer's travel demand in Macau. The hotel is good value for 5 star grade when compare with other 5 star hotels in Macau on accommodation as well as on buffet dinner.

5 Star Quality
Nice Room
The hotel is located accross the street from the Galaxy. The Galaxy has a nice casino and shuttles to the border gate and other casinos. The breakfast had a large selection. The room was nice, comfortable bed, lots of cable TV stations. The hotel casino was small and outdated, however, they are in the process of adding a new casino. The pool looked nice, but was too cold to use.

Amazing Service
Full Facilities, Good and Warm Service Staff
One of the best hotel I have stayed in Macau. May not be the newest but well equiped. Even offered dinner and Limo service to the ferry terminal.

Great Hotel with friendly staff
24 hr room service, restaurants.
Situated by taxi 10 minutes from Macau ferry port and 2 mins from the Venetian hotel which offers indoor shopping and Gondola Rides. The Grand Waldo offers a 4/5 star hotel at a good price.
