The hotel is shabby and in need of an upgrade. Make sure you leave plenty of time to get to HK airport from here. It takes forever!

very bad staff performance. felt neglected
location
started with having assigned smoking room (for a family with kid!). after negotiations, we were upgraded to executive floor. quality of executive room was poor. internet in room needs to be paid! we are vegetarians, and options in restaurants in hotel is close to nill. staff were unresponsive, sometimes rude. will not go back again. the only solace is the proximity to a very nice grocery store!
