No taxi area or hotel taxi services available.
Only staff very accommodative. Hotel Bus should send guest right up to entrance of departure instead of bus parking area.
So far is pleasant and honestly your imported staff is helpful..

for sure this hotel is NOT QUALIFIED for 5 star!
i really can't see any at 5 star rating...
everything is just fine if the service standard judged at 3 star because i really can not find any of it kind or neither qualified for 5 star.
