Value for money, clean room, comfortable bed, good location. We drove into Bintulu on route back to Kota Kinabalu and decided to try the Bintulu Promenade where we have tried under the same hotelier chain in Kota Kinabalu and in Tawau. For the price that comes with breakfast it is worth the value where we are also pleased to learnt that the Promenade Hotel Chain is doing it a great effort in building for Bintulu a new township. Wish the Promenade Hotel Chain all the best and good luck in their efforts in providing Bintulu a new descent commercial center with sufficient parking space to their shoppers visitors. We were in the old township along the river bank where its desperately needed a face-lift but must say its still far better than Sibu!! We drove into Sibu and was sad to see the scruffy looking town with no descent parking space but cars clogging up in circles and no decent eateries accept for local noodles and more noodles! We wish Bintule continues to florish with this new township. Bonne chance.

the parkcity is definitely the best hotel in bintulu and so far, the best hotel we have stayed at in the whole of borneo. after the mandarin oriental in kuala lumpur, it is the best hotel we have stayed at in malaysia. their attention to detail in the guest rooms is great; from the towels to the bedding, the toiletries and the slippers, everything was great. the quality and range of the food in the restaurant was very good, easily meeting european tastes, but the asian foods were standout. we liked it s much we have booked their sister hotel in miri for a christmas break - i just hope is is able to meet the high standards shown by their bintulu hotel.

I've been to Bintulu a few times and this time is the best stay so far in bintulu ( for me ). For around RM250 for two nights booked from Agoda with free one morning breakfast, it's a very good deal I found.I consider this hotel as a designer hotel because of the interior urban design, made me felt like home, a well decorated home! Beside that, the special part of this hotel is they provide a food court, open air type food court with plenty of food choices, and a bistro just beside the hotel! Another big yes for this hotel is that it is located just around 5 minutes drive to Tanjung Batu beach, 5 minutes drive to Park City mall and a few more great places! WIWO, a great choice for stay in Bintulu! Definitely will stay in this hotel again! Hopefully gym and sky lounge are operating already during the next stay.Good Job WIWO!

had arrived early, and was greeted with a smile by the receptionist. was able to check in early even through it was only 10.30 in the morning. that was a big relieve as we were up since 4 in the morning to make the trip. location is excellence and with the mall just connected to the lobby makes life much more easier. everything you need is just walking distance hence less need to take taxi for travel around. the food at the coffee house is excellence. must say to all guest in future that they should at least once try out the food at paddys. the hotel staff are all very nice and polite and willing to help with any queries. all in all, is the best hotel in bintulu with excellence room, good food and friendly staff. it will just make you feel right at home away from home.

This is a new hotel in Bintulu. I was staying in a suite, and it was quite spacious especially the living room and dining and not to mention the bedroom itself. The bedroom consists of one queen bed and two single beds, good for 4 person. The aircons provided are all split units. However, during my stay one of the aircon are not working, luckily the other aircon in the bedroom is sufficient enough to cooled us (there are two aircons in bedroom). But the bathroom is fairly small. Breakfast was quite nice at least to say. You can park your car in the basement and you mau reserve your car parking for free. The gym itself is quite limited, you will have a very basic facilities though, but you can still sweat for healthy lifestyle. I suggest you go to the Roof Top to see the sunset view and you will be amaze.

I booked this place needing to stay in Bintulu and did not do the research to check how far out of town it is. At least 45 minutes. Hence I would highly fecommend it for people wanting a resort style holiday and who have their own transport. It is not so suitable for people flying into the town and without their own transport and we had to cut our planned stay short to move into the city

We arrived late about 7pm and fortunately there are ain't many people during check in. The process is very convenient and efficient. The hotel is strategically located for dining, entertainment and work. There is a convenient shop beside of your hotel to get all your room needs and few restaurants for dining serving local foods and western. Few pubs and karaoke lounge for your night activity and massage centre is like surrounding the hotels. This hotel is perfect for a business traveller.

Stayed for 3 night because i had course at kidurong area. Overall is ok. Strategic location if u had course/work area Kidurong or Samalaju. You doesnt need to waste your time on the road(jammed). A lots of cafe nearest the hotel and an easy to find a food. Maybe in the future shall hire a security guard for safety(i had to left my wife and kid at the hotel),and for customer parking car too. I booked king executive room, and woww u will never regret.. Reasonable price, and make u feel like your own home. I will give 5 star for facilities if there have rice cooker/multi cooker. hahaha

Once enter the hotel building, found aging room, with some unpleasant smell. Sofa were aging too. The mattress also very cheap quality and uncomfortable. Toiletries also very limited, with no bidet provided. However, this is big room and hardly to find in Bintulu if u having big family. Provided washing machine and dryer. Swimming pool was fine but access to it a bit inconvenience as need walk ard the building and no resting chair ard the pool corner. Hoping some improvement from management as high potential hotel area too.

The hotel is newly renovated and a part of it is still under renovation, hence the noise during the day. First and second floors are served by a lift, though stairs are also an option through a separate entrance. The deluxe queen room was superb. Plenty of wall sockets and several buttons for different shades of lighting. Shower was hot with strong water pressure. Clean toilet bowl and seat. Large mirror. Mini fridge and electric kettle. Large table and bedside settee with another wall socket. Nice table lamp. Full length glass window with double curtains overlooking the fire department. A laptop is provided in the lobby for internet use and instant booking. Free WiFi in the lobby and rooms. Second floor has a common lounge area and an attached kitchen complete with a large fridge and microwave oven. Ground floor has a water dispenser with 3 temperatures. Ample parking space. A soto restaurant is just next door and otai corner on the other end of the block.

Stayed a night for a business trip. Read that it's the latest hotel in Bintulu and decided to try it out. Decor is modern with glass lifts and bathroom walls; so make sure you're comfortable with your roommate 😁 Plenty of parking outside and makan places across the road. Tried their in-house restaurant and was pleasantly surprised with the good food and friendly staff. They have airport transfer which is cheaper than airport taxis and can also arrange excursions. Overall, would recommend and will stay again if back in Bintulu.

I expected the hotel to be just like a standard boutique hotel as it is considered cheap but i was wrong. Spacious room, clean bathroom, great location where you can easily access restaurants and shops. It has hairdryer (which usually cheap hotel doesn't have). Maybe can train the staff at reception counter to be more welcoming and friendly. Overall, i would highly recommend this hotel if you are in Bintulu.

overall was a pleasant experience. good location for business travelers. plenty of food in surrounding area - walking distance - 10-15 mins. well maintained and rooms are clean. but the aircon unit in my room had water leaking on to the floor.. made a complaint... not sure if anything was done but it was still leaking the following day. it's not a major concern for me as i'm out most of the time but that's not good from a customer service perspective and some clients may not be very happy at all with that. anyway, i'll be back at that hotel the next time i get in to bintulu.

There were complaints about no hair dryers at other hotels from my female associates, and they were surprised that my hotel has it. There are no fridges , so you can forget about storing cold beers here. There was good wifi here but it tends to lag at night , i do not know why. There was ample space in my room but i do feel the dressing table should have been placed at the corner to provide even better space. Past midnight , hot shower will not be always available, does seems funny but works well in the day till midnight. Very good service from Stephanie, a receptionist who passed me my keys almost immediately when i did my late check in, she also helped me to processed my late check out too which was crucial since not much flights fly from the airport there. She was wonderful in assisting to reset the wifi router when i faced connectivity issues. Well, the day staff, a lady did not assisted so well for my wifi. A place i will return to if my work requires me to travel to Bintulu again.
