Decent, Needs Better WiFi
Wifi Connection is horrible. Check-in/out was slow with only 1 counter staff on duty. Property & rooms were clean, hot water for showers worked well. Fittings were in decent condition, but very tired looking. Peaceful & quiet for the most part. About a 10-15min walk to the Tana Rata town center.

Overall good and nice place
quite good enviroment.and we get the corner room ,its quite big.but cause of nearby road so bit noisy. and its really a relaxing place cause no wifi and less tv channel.overall good and value for money. ^^

Better than expected
Read a few bad reviews and and saw some photo of old rooms. Am glad we were given rooms in the new wing, and the rooms were spacious and clean. No aircon required as the air and temp in Cameron is cool and clean. Only thing to improve is the operating hours of F&B, game room and area. The pool/snooker and arcade area closes at 11pm and there's nothing to do in the hotel. The cafes were also closed by then and there's no vending machine or alternative options. Hotel is probably 10-15 walk to the stretch of shops outside and we did not explore there.

No wifi , in rooms and even in loby , was told too crowded. The front desk staff was arrogant, the room was not even filled with towels.
