spacious and clean room
We had booked 2 rooms for the family, but they put us in two different towers, Tower 2 & 3. Definitely not convenient. Lift serves too many floors and requires long wait. Check in is by the machine at the lobby, easy and fast. Although the rooms are clean and spacious, but Tower 3 is definitely too far from the lobby. There are bakeries, atm machines, massage centre, bakery and cafes on the Ground floor so it is very convenient, and the shopping centre is right on the building itself. The price is a good bargain so will consider to stay here again.

No soap in dispenser
Surprise that there's not even a drop of soap in the dispenser. We have no choice but to use the soap bar. But after we requested for room clean up, there's still no soap refill. This shows that the staff never check thoroughly

Checking in with Agoda bookings requires more steps
First world check-in machine would not recognize booking from Agoda until the counter staff register it with my passport number into the system. This will be confusing for first timers, and even as repeated guest to the hotel, I have to repeat the same steps, explaining why I need them to register into their system before I can proceed to check-in. Agoda booking should have made this automated, so much time would be save upon check-in.
