The Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during the check-in, Stay and Checking-out. The location was great as it was walking distance to the checkpoint and the center square. Breakfast wasn't much or the taste of the food was not really that great. The room was great and has a direct view to the bridge towards the woodlands checkpoint. However the room has a few issue which is that the tap water in the kitchen when on was yellow and there is a smell in which it can't be use. *advise to buy drinking water* The housekeep did a good job in tidy up the room but there is a big issue that I find - small cockroaches was found in the table drawers, window curtains and the corner for the rooms. So basically the room and price is good to stay for short period and near by shopping.

Dirty rooms and bad breakfast
Rooms were big and close to shopping area and causeway.
We arrived at the restaurant for our breakfast at 9am, they stopped replenished the foods even though the breakfast was from 6am to 10.30am. The rooms were not well kept. The in-room safe was not functioning. The access card took ages to open the door.
