Great location
This is a three star hotel with five star service. The staff were wonderful. I chose Ancasa Express at Pudu for its location but when we arrived in K.L. early in the morning tired from travelling we had trouble locating it. Turns out that it is right beside the Plaza Rakyat Station and above the Pudu bus station and there is a huge sign on top of the building saying Pudu Sentral. It was so easy to get everywhere from here.The lobby is on the fourth floor. The rooms are comfortable. We had a great view from our window. Breakfast wasn't exciting but there was something for everyone. The service at this hotel was exceptional. .

I stay with Ancasa Express Hotel everytime when i outstation or family trip since 2013. I think 1 year be 1 year the service is drop. 1st Poor Receptionist, lucky she does wear the name tag..she wear tudung ages around 22 some!! she speak to me that i didn't request double bed, she asked me to accept single bed n combine by myself...so i asked how did my son ages 5 sleep between the center of 2 single bed. Lucky others 1 staff call yana are helping to get me a room double bed!! 2nd morning breakfast for 2, 1st day all is spicy food, fried rice, noodle who children can eat! White porridge only giving soya sauce, fried onion and green chili!!! what a hell is going!!! 2nd day go for breakfast again, now the waitress want to charge my son 5 years old for having breakfast RM10 is ok but the same nothing choice for my son to eat all is spicy fried rice kampung, noodle mamak, same white porridge, omelette all is pepper!! RM10 only eat 2pcs of butter kaya toast bread!!! 3rd day & 4th day i and my family didnt having the breakfast at hotel any more. Lastly I hope hotel have improvement, if you not improvement still have more hotel at KL more of choice!!!
