Vacation Only?
While the location is very convenience as they are just 300 m away from LRT station, the hotel is not very good for business travelers. Hotel has no lobby!!! Only 2 of 3 seater sofa are allocated for guests of the entire hotel, the rest has turned Restuarant seats!!! I really wonder how the staff at the front can stand odor from the ground floor rest room. There must be a better way to manage with the smell than to heavily spray the air freshener which makes it worse. The room looks a bit tried but worth the price we are paying Boring breakfast but cocktails are surprisingly good at the executive club.

Great Staff and Location
My second stay in an executive room in this hotel. Staff were very, very good particularly at the executive lounge on the 11th floor. Food was great, far better than a lot of 5 stars hotel, let alone a 4 star. Will definitely return. Very convenient when travelling on Aeroline Buses.

Great Hotel!
Great location. Just a 5 minutes walk to the Twin Towers and the mall. Hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to everyone!

Too noisy inside and outside
as title, too noisy to have a good sleep, from outside main road, also from the next door, can hear the shower sound, too many tourists in this hotel, shouting in the corridor, reception always busy
