There is massive renovation work on the 14 th floor ...we are given the 15th floor....cannot sleep bcos drilling & knocking work...seems the management more keen in making money rather than comfort of customers..

Disappointing stay for a 4* Hotel
The hotel room stank of smoke - the choice of a smoking and non-smoking room wasn't given to me. The internet wasn't working. The porters were too intrusive. The channels available on the TV were limited to about 10, which is fairly naff for a 4* hotel. The hotel restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. I think I recall they charge RM15 for a Milo... haha 15 times the price compared to the cafe across the road.
