budget hotel but hygienic is problem
I booked super single room, but the room was extremely terrible. Bed sheet was very dirty with shoes steps, hair, unknown stain. Pillow has dirts as well. After complaint, reception managed to change to superior room as available, but the cleaniness still unsatisfied. Pillows were dirtied with some hair, and wet stained. 2nd time complaint to reception, she changed for the new one. I really doubting the cleaniness jobs of the hotel. The room card always undetected after i go out on morning. Other than cleaniness, wifi, aircon were fine. Hope the hotel will take note seriously.
