Air cond leaks but manage to change room and given complimentary breakfast for 2. Breakfast so so.

New Management
There is a change of Management,under staffed.May be they will Improve.The very next Door Malaysian Restaurant,also owned by the Management,the Quality of Taste has gone Down,as there is change of entire Staff. House Keeping Staff not doing their Job,they just clean the Bed change the Towels.They don't clean the Room.I stayed for 3 Nights. May be the Rating must down until they Improve overall.

The only great thing was location. I have always felt that staff was cold towards guests. No greet, no eye contact and no smile at all.

Good location and helpful concierge
Historic Coliseum restaurant across the road; Hanifia department store behind the hotel. Would not purchase the breakfast again - disappointing; can get much better hot food in the locality for the same cost. This is a great hotel for the money - have stayed here 5 times now. Walking distance to Central Market/ Chinatown.
