Ok, but just ok
Spacious room
It was overall ok. The rooms are huge and the bathroom is nice and clean but that's already the best part. Everything feom staff performance to facilities and location was ok but not great, never anywhere close to outstanding. A little renovation and staff that's more willing to help ('we can't call a taxi because we don't have the phone number') would be helpful.

Nothing special , really up sad about the service.
First of all I really disappointed to stay with this hotel. First impression is not good. Start from beginning check in till I departure. Housekeeping department really need to focus on cleanliness. It's really bad even in public area and room more worst. Defect Everywhere. Kindly get housekeeping to look into the room I stay with. Really unacceptable for 4 start rating hotel. Where is housekeeper ?? That they going to check room condition? I will never return to this hotel anymore.
