It was the peak holiday period, we arrived at the hotel at about 12.30pm but could not check in till 2pm. The Christmas buffet lunch was a let down. Definitely have to ask for the renovated rooms. As an asthmatic person, we specified that we needed a non-smoking room, but was still given a non-renovated and smoking room which we rejected. Thereafter, they changed our room to a renovated room on a non-smoking floor. What a world of difference in the room appearance and freshness in the air. You also have to informed that that as an occupant on the executive deluxe room, the mini bar is complimentary. Of course it was left empty until we rang housekeeping to fill it up. Other than this minor incident, the room was good and spacious. The housekeeping and restaurant staff were helpful and friendly. The front desk reception staff, can further improve on their level of service.

good location but......
location, location, location
very bad on 1st night, cannot sleep entire night, very old room, dark. had to request to change to a "clean" room...because of..... they upgraded us to high floor that is newly renovated...and finally can sleep peacefully...
