I've read lots of negative reviews about the car park being far away & hard to find the way to the lobby but I found that the way to the lobby was straight forward and it wasn't far at all. Once you get the parking ticket stamped at the lobby, your parking is free throughout your stay. I stayed in an executive room on the top 19th floor with my wife and young children. What was great about the executive room was that it had an extra couch that would turn into a bed besides the double bed which gave us a comfortable sleep. The room was very clean, could see the Petronas twin towers from the room and the overall experience was great. I will definitely come back. Walk-in price is RM325 so you save 2/3 by booking through Agoda. Breakfast was ok. It's not the cheap bread and coffee type breakfast you get in budget hotels. They have a few different food to choose from. For the extra price you pay for breakfast, it's definitely worth it. The only reason I gave 2 stars for facilities is because I had no internet in the room, fridge was pretty much the same as the room temperature, and the hair dryer was broken. It seems like they don't do a lot of repairs on broken facilities. But I will still come back. The hotel room is clean and spacious. For a family with young children, or a group of 3 adults, I believe this is the best bang-for-buck room will get in KL.

I booked via agoda so i added a remark that the day before we stayed was my partner’s birthday and that i hoped the hotel could do something special for him. We were pleasantly surprised when we were upgraded to the executive room instead of the deluxe room we booked but didn’t think much into it. After checking into our room, a guest services officer-Mr Aman came by with a birthday cake, birthday balloons and a personalized card! I was so shocked that the hotel staff actually saw my remark and did something so thoughtful for my partner! We are actually big fans of airbnb and this is one of our rare experiences of staying in a 5 star hotel, and absolutely loved everything about Hotel Stripes! The water pressure was THE BOMB, there was a coffee machine in the room(!!), and free soft drinks in the fridge! Thank you SO much for the wonderful and memorable experience!

Alhamdulillah... When i read some of negative review & comments, i was scared n worried , becoz i have small child with me. But it turns up to be the most amazing stay we ever experience . A comfortable bed , even do it an old design hotel we felt pleasant with the great environment. Our request has been granted well. And we have a great fast respond & friendly housekeepers . Fast check-in & check-out, n great breakfast with many variety of choices . N above off all I thank God that this is the best Hotel we ever stay thank You Quality hotel in Golden Triangle staff for the great service ! Keep it up! Specially to Mr Rajan & his staff . The hotel is suitably situated near the Medan Tuanku monorail station, from which you take the monorail to Berjaya and the Golden Triangle area. The room, for its price, was spacious and the bed was firm and heavenly to sleep on. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay there and they also have an excellent spa (The Rub) located next to it. Will definitely stay there again.

The Sheraton Imperial is superbly located, 50 metres from Medan Tuanku monorail station, right in the middle of the Golden Triangle. Little India is 5 minutes walk and Chinatown 10-15 minutes. The entrance and foyer are as grand as one would expect, as are the sweeping staircases and interior decoration. The rooms are more 4-star then 5, though still very comfortable and roomy. The level of service is absolutely superb - every request I made was granted, even if it was practically impossible! We asked to be switched to a room with a view of the Towers and our request was granted, on a Saturday night, and an upgrade thrown in for good measure. The breakfast is nothing short of a banquet - Western, European, Malaysian, Thai, Chinese, Indian - eat as much as you like, or as much as you can of top-class restaurant quality cuisine. Highly recommend this Hotel.

Staff. Name Gopi n partner attend us good job.... if can dont go for the new building that i been offer on my first day because the room not yet got vaccant..due i arrived early morning...we did change room the next day that they have promise..The name of the new hotel forgot...if u all can wait just wait the room u book much better.... Rooms big n nice...if i book this THotel ..i will be at THotel ...no new hotel if they offer us again..

Stayed for 2 nights. Booked twin bedroom... size is ok.. with electric kettle, tv (only 1 channel very clear - the English channel), nice bed and one pillow each. The shower room was clean with good water pressure and hot water. I love the shower room as it was very clean and just refurbished... though it can be a bit small in size. Location is the best.. 2 minutes away from monorail and lrt (Dang Wangi)... with many types of eatery surrounding it. Staff was patience - Hendry. Value for money. Tq

This hotel was in the perfect location to explore the heritage buildings of Merdeka Square and the cultural diversity of the shops and eateries of the Golden Triangle area. Surrounded by street stalls selling food, clothing, fake watches and handbags, it was a paradise for the budget traveller who enjoys being in the heart of local culture, not in some anonymous hotel amongst high-rise buildings that could be in any city in the world. The only negative - it was actually difficult to find the hotel at first, both for the taxi driver and me. Be warned - there is also a Grand Orchard Hotel, in the next street, which is where I got dropped off. Luckily, a very helpful elderly Indian gentleman walked me to the correct hotel - an immediate indication of how friendly the locals turned out to be.

Premiera is very central. It is located in the area known as the golden triangle. The hotel is very close to KL Sentral and other major tourist attractions such as the Petronas Towers and Bukit Bintang.You have the bus station right outside the hotel. There you can take the bus and free shuttle (Go KL). 5 min walking distance you have Bandaraya LRT station (Ampang line). Bandaraya station also KTM station right next to it. Hop off and hop on bus stops directly behind the hotel some of which are very lovely when you're a tourist.Premeria has two shopping centers on either side. It is Sogo and the other Maju junction. Here you will find everything you need to MacDonalds, KFC, Starbucks, Pizza Hut, grocery store and lots of other shops. The hotel is from 25.etasje as the reception and all of the hotel (30R floor). We had our room in 28.etasje views of the Petronas Tower and KL Tower is very beautiful at night. The Restaurant is located in the 5th floor. There you will find all sorts of food. The food is very good with lots of different variations. We had a superior room with everything we needed in terms of amenities. The room was cleaned everyday. The room had free WIFI which was very good net connection. You also have TV with various channels. the hotel is very nice and new. the hotel is also very clean There is always a guard outside the entrance to the hotel at any given time. The staff was very nice, helpful and welcoming people. Want especially to thank Shan and Malik who worked at the welcome section. Do you have any questions or need help with something they are always ready. Would also like to thank all the others from Premeria hotel for a wonderful stay. Stayed in the hotel 25 days without any problem. Want a fantastic journey with fantastic stay cheap while being close to most things, I would recommend you premiera hotel. Will also say that Malaysia is a wonderful country with some of the nicest people in the world.

Located in Little India, right in the Golden Triangle, is Frenz Hotel. It is a very new hotel, and not many cab drivers have heard of it. It is pretty much across the road from the Coliseum, and that seemed to work as a familiar landmark. The rooms are small, but this hotel, being pretty much brand new, has very nice fixtures. The room was very comfortable, with nice soft pillows, and a big flat screen TV. Not a huge choice of channels, but ok. One drawback was the size of the bed. I'm 6'4", not overly tall, but my feet would hang off the end unless I slept diagonally. The bathroom was nice, and featured a great rain style shower fitting. This was a great feature, but unfortunately the water heater didn't seem to keep up with the volume of water it used. The shower only ran at a warmish temperature at full pelt, or nice and hot while the volume was turned right down. Overall it was a very pleasant stay, and I would definitely stay there again. Having the room so nicely decked out with it's new fittings, appliances, and some art hanging above the bed gives this hotel a much nicer feel than it's 3 star rating would suggest.

We got the family room at cheap price during Agoda.com promotion. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly. They didn't even charge us for early check-in and late check-out! The breakfast was simple (toast, fried rice & mee, local desert) but tasty. The room, though not very spacious but enough considering we were only there to sleep & shower. A bit disappointed with the shower (shower head lose, hot water inconsistent & couldn't use the tub. Room was fairly clean except for young cockroaches visible inside the room at night but that won't stop me from checking in again.

It is good to stay for sleeping. Security situation is good as hotel is in front of the police station(box). I never expect to hotel service without sleeping. Internet is also very narrow to use but it is enough to use email. Agoda ask me about meal condition, how I can reply. I just check 3. It is covinience to take cheap food at hawkers with local people as my booking is without meal. My purpose to stay was seeing Merdeka events, specially parade. It is close to the place for Merdeka parade about 10 mimutes walk. I enjoyed Merdeka Eve with Malaysian till 1 am. I also found the cheapest shop in KL near hotel, where selling Indian products.

we usually stay at the same Maytower Silka Hotel in the same building. Now we tried the vacation home for longer stay. It fir all 3 of us well. Room is clean and host's staff very accomodating. Private Check In & Check Out by appointment. Using all the same facilities of the hotel: lobby, gym, swimming pool, saunas , etc. here we get extras: A home, so large with balcony and kitchen. Love the large 2-doors fridge, the washing machine and the dryer. Internet WiFi at a small fee. Shopping heaven , surrounded by malls and several LRT, Komuter, Monorail station. Now my wife and adult kid happily will join me each time my business trip to KL.
