Check-in was speedy and faultless. They were able to accommodate to my arriving earlier than their stated check-in time. A very good location at Mont Kiara area. Easy to access to eating areas nearby. The apartment wa s very clean and spacious and has enough space for meetings with friends in the living area if you have business meetings you want to have. They have a simple breakfast that you can buy as well if you're in a rush for time. Affordable price, simple food.

I found the place very nice like I'm in 5satrs hotels , also the are quite and got 3 big places got many stores there you can find everything you need there ( one mont kiara mall , solaris mont kiara and publika )

First I booked for the price actually, and thinking the rooms would be terrible, but hey, the room is actually nice and clean. Towels and sheets are actually better than other hotels (5 star) I've stayed in. Which for me is the most important. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you will be going around Hartamas, Mont Kiara area.

This was the second time I stayed here. Last time there was only 1 kettle provided upon request for all rooms. I didn't get any because it was being used by other guest. The closest train station is pretty far, so you have to take Grab or Uber which can sometimes be difficult if you don't have internet all the time on your phone.. It's very well maintained, toiletries and cooking utensils are provided as well as the instant noodles. It's cozy and quiet environment is a great place for resting. Need to provide some hangers in bedroom. Shopping mall is not far away, local restaurants are at the nearby Sri Hartamas business centre.

This hotel is located at Sri Hartamas where during the day is filled with cars and business men, whereas at night, it is filled with people enjoying the night life! For doing my business it was walking distance from the apartment. Clean and comfortable. However after adding the 'cleaning charge' to the room cost it would have been cheaper to stay in the adjoining hotel

Much better value than Hyatt next door if you don't need hotel service, nice view and easy self check in and great respond and instructions from owner. Perfect except owner should install a higher up shower head holder so that you don't have to use one hand to hold it whilst showering..

Owner cancel without notice. Don't dare to mention it, we had to call over and over again both Agoda and the owner and we got response by SMS. I'd recommend to use proper Hotel or AirBnB if you want reliable owners.

Best facilities in mont Kiara.

I really enjoy my stay here. The place is clean and quiet. The Hartamas Shopping mall is just opposite and there are many shops around. The place is just 10mins from city centre too! I would say that this place is perfect place to stay. Definitely will stay again soon!

Located in the trendy Mont Kiara neighborhood, the Hyatt House is perfect whether you’re on business or with your family. The staff is awesome: helpful, friendly and very professional. The amenities in the rooms are top of the line. There are very good grocery stores around (Jaya, Green Grocer), restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, etc.

stayed here for a week and had no complains whatsoever. Self contained complex with all the shops you would ever need without travelling out of Publika. Plenty of good solid food options too! Will definitely be back!

The room has strong cigarette stench. The mattress is springy. not comfortable to sleep on. The towels and soap provided were low quality.
