A good hotel because of the facilities and connecting mall. The Subang Parade mall is just across the street should you not find what you need at the connecting Empire Gallery mall. The only downside that I have is the waiting time for the lifts/elevators. It can be several minutes because there are only 2 lifts that also go straight to parking.

The only clean and comfortable hotel in USJ.The next option will be in Subang Jaya. Located near to Summit shopping center and Taipan business center. The rooms are acceptable and thefood is ok. However, if you do need anything the link shopping center have it all.

Overall, great experience, the room is spacious and clean. Should provide free parking, not easy to get out because located at one of the busiest and heaviest traffic junction in Subang Jaya. However, there are plenty of shops in the shopping mall and Summit USJ. Should provide mineral water and facial tissue in the room, need to boil water using the kettle.

Very close to the Subang Airport. Rooms are a just slightly small but adequate. Overall the stay was comfortable as i was on business trip. Due to its location, i was managed to get a proper dinner and catch a movie at the nearest shopping mall - 5 minutes drive. the next day i was able to fetch my boss from subang airport on time without the need to rush as the hotel is very near to subang airport - 15 minutes drive

To suggest have a kettle for each room . Do maintenance or checking especially lamp was not function.Example in a room and iron place. Overall,my family and I love stay at Subang Valley Hotel. Thank you. :)

Was searching for some decent cheap hotels for 2 nights where I passed by MY SJ Hotel. Everything was perfect but the toilet bowl was a bit dirty. Hope the cleanliness would improve.

The hotel location is very good. Convenient access from various highway such as Elite/LDP Highway. USJ21 LRT Station just walking distance which can travel along the Kelana Jaya LRT Line to KL. This hotel is good and recommended for business and travelers for short and long stay. Very clean and comfortable.

Booked this room for my guest and their kids. They were very happy with the room. Their kids being downstairs and they are upstairs. Will book for them again next trip!

The host was being helpful and had quick response when we faced karaoke technical issue. The house is well-equipped from kitchen facilities like microwave, cooking stove, fridge, knives, water filter drinking water. However, it would be great if the air-conditioner at the living room is cold enough to accommodate 20 pax at once. Overall, great stay and recommended!

Everything was good. Host was really nice and location is near to Oasis Corporate Park. Easily can find place to eat where there’s a lot restaurant and mini market nearby.

The room was good stay except that they allocate the room at the end of the block facing the Disco / Bar Outlet and also with a student group. I wonder if these are the rooms that they will only throw to booking made via Agoda? This should not be the case.

Self check in feel like going back to own home. Not a difficult process with detail instruction sent before the stay. However, please maintain the air cond and fans in the studio, quite noisy. Found stain on bedsheet and blanket. Others are good in condition.

Comfortable stay. Found stain on 3 towels out of 4 and bedsheet as well. Drinking water provided has been opened. No new bottle of water prepared.
