Okay Stay.
Staff Performance, Clean Rooms, Nice Lobby
We had to stay for several days, and our stay was okay. Although I felt that the Pullman was a bit aged and might consider renovating soon. Also, it is a bit of a walk to the restaurants, around 10 to 15 minutes.

Well-maintained Hotel At A Perfect Location
Location, Cleanliness, Good Service From Hotel Staff
Stayed for a night for a weekend road trip to KL and car park is provided at free of charge for hotel guest. Hotel staff was really helpful in providing room service request. Although the hotel had been in KL for quite many years but it's well-maintained. Best of all, the location of the hotel is perfect, walkable to the main attraction at the golden triangle. The room rate was reasonable to the good stay we had.

5* with faulty air conditioning
Woke up 4am sweating called for change of room and the staff asked to wait for engineering inspection at 4am??? got a new room at 5am and have to wake up at 7 for meeting ! Poor maintainance !

Nice to stay
Staff are nice and helpful. Location is convenient and food is nice too.... But it's quite disappointing that it doesn't have the twin towers view which is different from the advertising.
It's quite different with the photo shown as this hotel couldn't view twin tower anymore. Other than that everything is ok.
