Hotel is in need of a renovation. The premium room is in a better shape than the standard rooms. The front office team was polite while the pool attendant under the house keeping team was below par in attitude. No sign was put up to say the pool was closed yet he continued to say why I was there. Made a complaint to the housekeeping manager. Location of hotel is great as it is walking distance to Bukit Bintang and Jalan Alor where the eating street is.

The service could have been better
centrally located, close to malls and nightlife
The Customer service could have been better. I had a faulty safebox. Took 1 hour to be moved to another room. The rooms were shabby. Old TV. The remote didn't work. The bathrooms were dirty. The shower curtains were moldy.

Budget hotel nothing special at all.
check out was fast that's it, nothing else.;
We were on the 17th floor and the noise from the night club below was so loud that we were unable to sleep until after 3.00am when the noise stopped. This is not my idea of a good hotel Breakfast was very poor and the staff were not very helpful. Not sure if i would go back again.

The location
The walls or so thin, you can hear literally everything. The loud music from the bar downstairs, the chit chatting from your next door neighbor it could be my fault for not requesting a non smoking floor, the minute you get out of the lift the whole floor reeks of cigarette stench. The pool is not bad, the room is quite clean but most of the stuffs are starting to show that it's old
