An OLD wine...
No option of customization in house keeping and room service. Even they don't provide a tissue paper box in the room. Breakfast is very basic. Staff attitude are not also friendly. Location is good only if you are a pub and bar lover. Will surely not consider for second stay.

Great Location But the Hotel Needs Improvement
The reception staff were ok but not really helpful or friendly. The rooms are shabby and smells. It has become run down and needs renovation.

Nice location with great swimming pool
The hotel located in the Golden Triangle of Kuala Lumpur, within walking distance to Jalan Alor there are a lot of local food and 5 minutes walking distance to shopping mall like Sungai Wang, Lot 10 and Pavilion at Jalan Bukit Bintang and Times Square at Jalan Imbi. Beside that, for those like reflexology, can be found along the main road in that area.

Good for the non fussy couples ...
This hotel should be rated as a 2-stars hotel. Or rather, some 2-stars hotels perform better than this hotel. This hotel have too much "NO" and too much rejections to guest. There are no hair dryer in room, not available upon request. There are no small hand or face towel, not available upon request. Bath towels are badly stained, request changes via phone, nobody answer the phone, have to go all the way to counter, and need to wait for 30 mins. There's more ...

Services of staffs are superb!
Staffs are very accomodating! I will recommend this to my friends! Great location for nightlife seekers and conveniently located near the cheap and even high end bars, spas and restaurants! It was a great experience!
