Its really a 4 star hotel.
Nice, Clean, good hospitality and spacious hotel.
First impression was bad due to the location. Bad traffic jams and narrow roads. Believe theres also a work in progress for the local LRT commute. Car park does not have a lift. All lugages needs to be carried up via stairway. Soon as I walked in the hotel voila! All negativity of the complaints earlier was gone! Receptionist was efficient, helpful and fast. Checking in took about 4 minutes. Greeted with a wide smile and immediately made me at ease. Room was cosy and clean. Adequate lightings and air condition was in super condition. Overall this hotel is value for money. p/s: There is bus shuttle for room guest who wants to roam the local Chinatown daily.

Room was spacious and comfortable. Only problem was the traffic caused by parked buses.
