Aircon need to be fixed, its really noisy especially at night.The hotel floor is not clean enough, not only that, the windows, walls are all dirty. About safety measures also need more improvement because i am travelling alone the lights along the corridor must be bright enough and make sure the CCTV is working.

This hotel/apartment suites is old. And things are falling apart and not very well maintained. That said, the staff if very friendly.

The Nomad KL Experience
Roomy accommodation, clean beds, reasonable facilities.
Myself and my friend in another room enjoyed the breakfasts. The hotel is reasonably close to KLLC and the Convention centre where we spend most of time. It is to far to walk but getting a taxi never took longer than a couple of minutes. On the negative side, there were no glasses to drink out of or anything much else in the kitchen. No tea towel or bath mat to stand on after having a shower The phone could only ring out but not receive calls. This was notified to the front desk but never fixed. Overall, the Nomad Sucasa would have been an excellent hotel 30 years ago but is looking very tired now, especially the carpets are very dirty and one lift did not operate. Breakfast was enjoyable and reasonably priced.

Unsatisfying stay in Sucasa
Beds were comfortable but noisy
Food wasn't up to expectation and the breakfast spread wasn't all that great. Food took really long to arrive when we went down to the poolside to get food. Staffs were slow and wasn't attentive either. Poor service if you ask me.
