Good old hotel
I booked my sister and bro-in law in this hotel. Good that they provide the requests made during booking. Good view of the city esp KLCC twin towers and KL tower.

Will never go back again
Location was ok walkable distance to places. But cleaniess is zero. Booked the deluxe room and there are full of baby cockroaches (more than 20). Informed the staff and was told room fully book so they will Spray using bygones first and see how. After spraying there are still more alives ones. Spoke to the staff again then the manager upgraded our room. On the next day we need to go back to counter to activate the card for 2nd night, the staff has the guts to ask if we want to extend the same room (so are they planning to give us back the cockroaches room?). Disappointed with their service recovery and cleanliness. Found cockroach at their breakfast area too.
