Good location
The staff was very friendly, the rooms are nice with a lot of space. It was not that clean in the bathroom, but for one night it was completely fine for us.

This Place is really Hard to find Very long traffic to reach here Very poor cleanliness and my friend got a bed bugs bites all over her body, It was really bad, We try to complain to the hotel, they just dont care! Anothet mystery the room of my friend getting knock more than 1 times, and stanger keep on asking them, so they were afraid to open the door. This is the first and the last! Thanks Book hotel from Groupon next time~

not good~
Given a choice of food is not bad,but the room is terrible,i went 2 pavillion shopping,after i come back to the see the room ,the bad and the bathroom had a lot of cockroaches ~oh god UNSANITARY😠😠

Great value and location
We were very happy with our stay at V'la Garden hotel, The location is excellent, Wifi works well, rooms clean and adequate for what you pay, and staff are friendly and helpful.

near bukit bintang, imbi station and just take a few step to 99 supermaket
first it was ok, the room, the service of the front desk... but then it all become horror when something mystical happenned to a friend of mine but there was only a little action from the staff in charge that night shift (not helping enough), the food is ok for breakfast... just a little note, kindly advise for the stairs light, it was off that day i stay... when it should be enough light for the stairs

cleanliness of bed
the bed; pillows or bed sheets neither of it looks clean but dirty in fact. 4 of us went there and 4 of us skins goes sensitive red colors. we went seek doctor advise and they said its bed bugs source of the sensitive skin. rest of the hotel cleanliness and staff service is good. Only the bed part makes us very disappointed.
