Unwind yourself from busy city
Relaxing resort with beautiful pool
We had an enjoyable time with my family. The kids are reluctant to get out from this resort even for lunch & dinner

Relaxing and nice resort
Fantastic location, good environment and room design.
We were happy and feeling relax with the stay as the environment is very good. We love the natural reserved, the building design is unique and listen to the waterfalls from the room was wonderful. I love it so much. The swimming pool is so beautiful, and the water is clear and less chlorine. Few things dissatisfied us and we think the resort should improve:- 1. The cleanliness of the room especially the bedsheet. We both had body itchy and feeling something bite us after first night slept at the bed. I think kind of psyllids. 2. The air conditioner was not working on the second night but lucky there is a fan. The safe box was not working at all. 3. Other facilities like lounge, karaoke room are not run down. The price of karaoke is super expensive RM90 per hour...I'm speechless. 4. Massage centre is not as up to standard. The practitioners lack of skill. We will come back again. We wish to see further improvement and well maintain of the resort as the price so far quite affordable.

Overrated 5 star hotel
1. The forest nature eviroment 2. The swimming pool
My family and me very disappointed with the hotel service. Actually the design & enviroment of the hotel is perfect, especially the swimming pool. But it was downgrade because of the unprofessional staff & management team. Our room was smelly & dirty. Kettle was rust, didn't change the broken light bulb, dirty towel, the bed frame full of dust and cobwed, toilet cover has signs of mildew... I complaint to the lobby receptionest and they only give me a email address and ask me send my complaint through by email.
