front desk staff nancy lee serve well when we check in.
The bathroom choke! The towel yet ready when we check in! The breakfast porridge which serve in the morning is spoiled.

1st stay and its disappointment..
Spacious and comfortable room
Car park is a hassle as in-house guest need to pay RM5 for it and access up to parking lot is vy narrow so driver be aware..Staff performance is another disappointment where by no proper communication for my case..don't want to elaborate here..

good location. near new shopping mall, nice chicken rice just across the street from hotel. nice swimming pool and gym. Check-in took quite long, but check-out was ok. However, they did not allow us to extend check out time to 1pm. considering that the next day was a Monday 28th dec, I cannot understand why. Guy from concierge service was very approachable and polite, even help us to call the shuttle bus to pick us up when it pass by the hotel again. Bad points was that during christmas season, the traffic jam is very very very bad. shuttle service took 1 hour to reach jonker on both occasions, 25 & 26 dec. Avoid travelling during peak seasons. Also, temperature of air-con in the room cannot be adjusted. It was quite cold during the night. Aircon temp should be made adjustable. Whenever we call for room service, staff always have call back to confirm the details, when the instructions was very clear. this shouldnt be the type of service for a 5 star hotel. The volume of the telephone ringing cannot be adjusted, and its annoyingly loud and ear piercing, and even more so if u are in an enclosed area like the toilet... and the telephone in the toilet rings. It is just ANNOYING, till I had to unplug the cord in the toilet.
