Very good hotel
Very good hotel . However if the hotel management would consider to provide children swimming pool with a basic playground is much better.

I love the breakfast and location was good. Shopping malls away with just a few min walk. Except that the rooms furnitures looks a bit old. Overall was a great stay.

Simple hotel great location
Staff recovered a lost white top which was lost during housekeeping. Conceige staff was very efficient to arrange for last minute transport to airport. Excellent service!

Family and friends of total 19 people. Booked 9 twin rooms without breakfast online. Very competitive rates. Good location. Shopping centers next to hotel. Plenty of street foods within 10-15 mins walk from hotel. Gym and sauna available on 4th floor. Used the complimentary bus to Golden Sands Batu Ferringhi. horel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Overall pleasant, hotel a bit old
Hotel location is good. Room has all that I needed for the trip: comfortable king size bed, toiletries, hair dryer, iron. Only complaint is the furnishing is getting old, the wardrobe door was broken when I checked in. Staff members are attentive and prompt.

The staff are very helpful and the location is excellent. The Club Lounge is well worth the extra payment. Good location. Only draw back the noise from renovation but we were informed by the staff at check in. Overall stay was good.
