Acceptable with room / size and cleanliness
Room Size, wide windows letting sun shine get in.
Panda Hotel was the second hotel I have used during my 1 week stay in Yangon. I have changed 4 hotels and would say Panda was acceptable with Room size and cleanliness but I would not say the same thing for Breakfast and meal quality. Breakfast was more Asian style and could not find somehting alternative to eat at the breakfast. Among the Panda Hotel average prices , Panda has the bigger room size compared to others. Room was not dirty , bed was clean but the hotel itself with furnitures etc old. One thing to be added about the hotel, Seems more like a training or business hotel for locals. I haven't met any foreigner in the hotel. That could be the main reason for breakfast/food choice.

Enjoyable stay at a basic business hotel
Clean rooms, friendly staff and all the basic facilities of a business hotel e.g. Wifi. Conveniently located, 15 mins by cab to downtown, without jam. Overall a pleasant experience.

Quiet, big rooms, decent breakfast
Quiet area, big rooms that were in reasonable condition (i was in a suite), plenty of variety for breakfast
This is very good value for money hotel, compared to other hotels of a similar price in Yangon. On a quiet tree laden road which is much nicer than noisy downtown. In the suite I had views of the pagoda..nice at night. Close to the pagoda and the very interesting national museum, plus the delicious 'Feel Myanmar' restaurant.I'd stay here again.

High-Quality Hotel, Great Breakfast
Excellent and varied buffet breakfast; spacious rooms; beautiful views.
The Panda Hotel is reasonably luxurious: the rooms are very comfortable, with bathrooms with deep tubs (a rarity in this part of Asia!), and the staff are very attentive. The views over Yangon from the higher floors are beautiful. The best part, though, was the buffet breakfast, which included a wide variety of dishes from Burma, Thailand, China, and other countries in the region (as well as a few Western staples), all delicious.

good stay for short business trip
big clean room, friendly staffs
Is not close to major attractions but is a good short stay for business travellers. The staffs are friendly and atentive. you mcan easily flag a taxi and there are always taxis waiting at the front door. Design a bit old but generally I'm ok with what I had paid for.
