Noisy, bad location and relatively expensive

The room we stayed in was really noisy. Partly because of loads of traffic just outside, starting in the early morning (6 am or so), and because of the incredibly loud aircon. The prices are overall quite high. Just go to the other restaurants around, they have better food and better price than the on site "art café". Breakfast is very sparse, you don't even get juice! And you need to tell them to fill up the breadbasket and fruit all the time otherwise there's nothing out. The staff is friendly and the massage is good though.

great first impression, nice European feel. note: ask for hair dryer at the office before it's closed. walk to the beach (10min) gets boring after couple days. will choose a hotel closer to the beach next time. but overall the stay was great.

Walking distance to the beach, peaceful and good to take rest
1. Dont book official tour to island or Bohol city from travel agent, you can just do some negotiation when you are there at the beach, offer is much cheaper 2. If you do not want to get headache, get away from those restaurants near each other with live band! Go to rooftop and enjoy the night with sky moon and stars

Hotel is small but has own character,nice rooms and clean everythink which one is very important for us all the staff is quality,confortable bad,relaxing tropical style garden,5 minutes to beach and nice cafe and bars which locate it on the beach.friendly employer like Filipino hospitality and enjoyable breakfast specially jam..

This hotel was very small and 10mins from the beach. The rooms weren't very comfortable. The water coming from the shower smelled terrible, but I assume it's because it's an Eco friendly hotel. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, but that's all that is really available to eat at the cafe.

lovely hotel as home feeling
tropical decoration, outside the crowded beach
We lived in Charts for 2 nights and the hotel staffs are friendly and helpful. The room is full of tropical color and the pool outside the room is really a lovely view. Not too far from the beach and the distance is good for blocking out all the noisy and crowded. But what needs to be improved is the room service. The towels will not be replaced every 3 days according to the rules which makes a little inconvenient. Sometimes the water pressure is not stable at night.
