No one assisted us upon arrival, lobby looks okay, upon entering our room, it's definitely very old and musty. Their bathtub is very old and gross, water took a while before heated. There's free wifi, but I wasn't able to connect because of very POOR signal. Disappointing. Knowing that this is an international brand, I expected more. I will definitely never return here. Ever. They should consider renovating all the rooms in the hotel.

Elegant, clean and good location
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel as it is strategically located near Glorietta and Greenbelt. Staffs are friendly and the hotel is very clean. Near the airport.

disappointing. airport transfer did not turn up, swimming pool out of order, rooms very tired and in need of major refurb. breakfast though was good.
