Little disappointed.
This hotel has huge problems with internet connections, this trip I stayed total of 4 and 1 which was 5 days and I had to call more than 10 times for not getting Internet connections. For a business man it's a disaster. Not having Internet connection this fast world of technology is really not except able .

Hotel was pleasant and the staff was friendly. The breakfast menu was ok but could be a little better. The staff at the breakfast facility did not carry any change when paying your bill which I believe it should.

Nice view from my room. Lots of businesses in the area. Weak Wi-Fi and slow. 1 cockroach in room.

Rooms Smell Like an Ashtray
Most floors are smoking rooms on all-smoking floors. If you ask for a non-smoking room, you will be charged an "upgrade fee" because no non-smoking rooms exist at the base rate. Stay here only if you like your room, person and belongings to smell like an ashtray.

Sorry but i can't give a good rate here. Internet connection failed permanently and they couldn't fix it. Location... Is too much on Burgos street. Breakfasts is overpriced and quite impolite guests too...
