swimming pool is dirty with small objects., not good location of the pool, need to pass by at the p
mosquitoes inside our room., and also in the lobby area.. check in period took a while. play room still closed at 11 am. limited food - buffet breakfast.

Arrived early but unfortunately the room were not yet prepared even after 15 min of check in time. Received an apology gift from the management so... apology accepted...sweet tooth satisfied! The staff are great! The rooms are classy but not well-cleaned. Anyway, we still enjoyed our vacation.

Facilities need an update
Service is top notch. They provided excellent service from check-in to check-out. I was just surprised with their facilities. The room is a bit outdated though the bed is really comfortable. The playroom for kids smells bad and looks dirty. Since it's a play area for kids, they should keep it clean. The breakfast buffet is so-so, limited selection but satisfying. Haven't tried ordering food from the Nest as I find it expensive. The hotel is just across Festival Mall so there are lots of other restaurants to choose from.
