The hotel was very good, great location clean and comfortable. The only complaint I would have is the club lounge never changed the menu in the 3 days we were there which is only a minor thing but for the money you pay for club lounge they could do better

Lacking a human touch in its services

It was ok ... just another hotel .. I guess. As a Singaporean working overseas for the past 10 years ... Often come back to visit family and friends. As a local, having grown up in the hospitality industry for 12 years as cabin crew for no less than Singapore Airlines, I may come off as critical of your hotel's services. I'd like to say that your front office manager lacks a human touch. He treats requests decisively without any flexibility. It's ok to say no but it didn't feel good when you get refused empathically,(no reason given) for a very possible request that causes no additional expense to your hotel. Through the superficial smiles, he sadly lacks empathy and it is certainly not 5 star service. Please treat this as just feedback ... With the number of hotels available in Singapore, I am pretty sure I won't be coming back here.
