clean, cosy and quiet
Stay was good as it was quiet and with nightlife entertainment nearby. really good restaurants nearby to eat too. the riverview is nice at night.

A good hotel for one or two night stay.
Good value for money, nice breakfast and friendly staff.
I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, convenient for Robertson Quay area although it is not near any MRT station. However, I think it is possible to stay in a better hotel for the same money. Breakfast was good though!

Clean, friendly, efficient
The efficiency!
Very efficient check in, our bags were taken to our room as we were late for an appointment. There was a varied selection available for breakfast. The reception were able to provide us sightseeing information, and the bags were stored for us and a taxi called for our return to the airport. Very pleasant stay.

parkings lot, have problems if many dinners came
clean rooms, friendly front office staffs
Good stay...but will prefer a room with higher ceiling, provided room ceiling was too low.

front desk staff I not that polite.
the duty manager damson is good enough to try u to the suite, politely.
Will consider back again :) as there's a quiet place an centralised. manager is polite enough.
