Disappointing
room is good enough but there's a bad odor (i guess coming from the mop being used to wipe the floor). front desk staffs are not that welcoming. they don't even great us unlike the room cleaner who is very polite and kind. we had experienced several electrical shutdown during our stay on the first few days on the third floor. then they transferred us on the 4th floor in a smaller room.

good for one night but basic
Friendly and helpfull staff, close to buses that bring you nearly everywhere but this end the good points. Rooms need refreshment and are very basic, they are noisy and you do not have anything to help you store your luggage. It is a basic business hotel with no amenities. At least it is clean. As for the price, Japanese business hotels are far more better value. Singapore hotels are way too expensive for what they offer.

Its a better option.
Near Kallang/Aljunied MRT, "walkable" but we prefer to take bus everytime we need to go the MRT. Hawkers are everywhere and other convenient stores with money changers. My husband said its a better location than the one he stayed in geylang close to Aljunied because of the "not-child friendly" enivronment. Haha. Its was a pleasant stay. Rooms are small but it doesn't matter much when you're touring around and not staycationing.

Worth it
The staff is friendly and helpful. It is ok with average price. The house keeping was very nice to change new our water if we give them the used bottle. However, it is quite far from mrt, have to walk about 15 mins.
