When I first arrived there anticipating to relax in the room watching my favorite channels, after a long trip, many TV channels did not show due to some problems and they finally fixed them next day afternoon. I had to give up watching TV because none of the channels I was interested in worked. The hair dryer almost caught on fire since it was too old and had a crack. They sent me a staff a couple of hours after I called, I had to wait with my hair wet and this angry technician came in to try to fix it to find out it was not possible. I waited again and I finally gave up and told the reception to do it the next day and then they finally brought a replacement. I wanted to take a bath and after taking a shower as I tried to fill the bathtub I realized the stopper was missing. So I gave up taking a bath and I called had to call the staff again!! the 3rd time!!!! And this Indian technician was so rude, as soon as I opened the door, he shouted at me, "if you have the silent switch on, I can not come in !!!!! why....xooxox" and he asked me, what do you wanted fixed!!!!??? Well I did not know that I was not supposed to turn off the sign but still, why should I be shouted at? when I am the one who's been going through such horrible experience of having to call the reception, waiting around, getting things that are broken that should have been totally working in good conditions every single night, 3 nights in a row??? Never again, I became depressed, sad, and scared especially after getting such unpleasant rude attitude. I've come to Singapore over 10times and stayed at over 7 other hotels with price ranges from lower to the same as this hotel but I had never had to call and ask something to be fixed. There's a serious management issue at this hotel.
